Online pricing is online pricing, and retail store pricing is higher for valid reasons. PET DEPOT® online orders are filled at warehouses throughout the United States, often by robots that do not eat much. As such, the cost is lower, and customers can save by ordering online instead of from brick and mortar retailers.
PET DEPOT® brick and mortar retailers have a higher cost structure due to employees, rent and taxes, all of which do not permit them to match the online price.
Please do not ask our retail stores to match online pricing.
PETDEPOT.com strives for perfection. In our attempts to achieve this ideal, we work hard to provide customers with accurate and quality information, especially as it relates to product pricing. While this might be true, PETDEPOT.com will proactively correct any perceived errors, before an order is completed. In situations where corrections must be made, the customer will be notified and will have the opportunity to continue with the order, or cancel. Alternatively, if an order is successfully submitted, and an error is found, before shipping it out, the order will be canceled, and the customer will receive a full refund. If an order requires cancellation before shipping, the customer will be notified via email. Due to differing banking policies, refund amounts are usually completed within 10 days.
